Our delivery guarantee ensures that your order will be delivered within 60 working days. If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if the non-delivery of your package is due to customer-related issues such as: Refusal to clear customs, Refusal to accept the package upon delivery, Failure to provide accurate shipping address and contact information.
